Introspect refers to the process of examining your decisions, perceptions and judgements. It helps us in Understanding ourselves. The most amazing thing is we actually are doing that without even realising it.

The three most simple ways to Introspect are by understanding FIT i.e.

F – Feelings which we develop to the situations we face in everyday life which in turn lead to generation of Images.

I – Images which are generated are actually the visual signals our Mind get, interpret and analyse providing the output in form of Thoughts.

T – Thoughts which our minds generate help in understanding and developing the ways to face the situation properly.

By Introspecting ourselves, we are actually going deep within ourselves in order to utilise and unleash the immense treasure of knowledge and talent which in turn helps us to grow exponentially on Professional as well as Personal fronts.

It can be done anywhere and at any place. For instance, we usually think while walking, travelling or after we express sime intense emotion like anger.

It helps us in understanding the situation completely with sound mind and then take appropriate action; to Know our strengths and weaknesses, Improve our Behaviour and Decision making ability.
