Be Authentic

Always be a first-rate version of yourself and not a second-rate version of someone else.” – Judy Garland

The word itself means “Being the Real you”. Its completely depends on you to decide what you want to be – The Real and Genuine You or Copy or a Imitation of someone’s else.

Be Authentic by being more concerned with truth than the opinions. If we focus on the opinions of others, then Truth gets buried deep inside the layers and layers of lies and half truths. Focus on the Truth right from the start.

Be Authentic by being Sincere and just do not pretend what you are not. When you show the real you without fearing of what others say, it helps in building up the foundation which is based on trust, sincerity and truthfulness.

Be Authentic by being confident to walk away from the situations which do not allow to to be yourself. Not every situation has to be faced, walking away saves the energy and time which you can utilise somewhere else for doing the thing you are passionate about.

Be Authentic by not fearing others seeing your vulnerabilities. Showing your vulnerabilities will make you Stronger and more courageous as there will be no one who will held you for walking on the path you have decided.

Be Authentic by being awake to your own feelings and getting to know yourself more and more even with all the flaws , weaknesses or strengths you have. Accept and be grateful for the wonderful person you are and be there for yourself forever.

We are not here to fit in, be well balanced, or provide exempla for others. We are here to be eccentric, different, perhaps strange, perhaps merely to add our small piece, our little clunky, chunky selves, to the great mosaic of being. As the gods intended, we are here to become more and more ourselves” – James Hollis,

Remember to be there for yourself every single moment of your life….
